Situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay on triangular lot, a three story addition topped with a roof deck balanced the angular house and took advantage of the almost 360 degree water views. Constrained by the setbacks and tight lot lines of one of the vertices of the triangular lot, the owner’s requirement of not changing the existing house and making the addition that look like it was always part of the home, were met. The lower level of the new addition houses a second garage and a much needed storage room while the main level above opens up the kitchen and adds on a family room complete with two new decks and pergola. The third level received the addition of a second guest room suite complete with access to the roof deck.
